Love Handle Exercises

Did you know that not all love handle exercises really target the love handles?

A few years ago when I was doing a workout regimen for 4 months that specifically targeted my love handles (among other things), I was very very angry to find out that the love handle exercises that I had been doing actually do not target the love handles. I made this mistake because I was trying to "isolate" the love handles, and do exercises that only worked my love handles.

To make a long story short, after "wasting my time" for 4 months with these love handle exercises that weren't giving me any results, I looked further into it to see what other options I had in order to get rid of those darn love handles. What I found was actually really exciting.

If you look up videos for "the raised leg crunch" you will find a few different styles of love handle exercises that actually work the love handles out better than anything I've ever tried. These crunches actually made me feel the burn in my love handles instead of in my abdominal muscles (like I had been). I ended up taking my research a bit further, and I found even more variations of love handle crunches! It was awesome!

Regular side crunches may work for some people, but not me. That's why I was so glad to discover these love handle exercises. Go search them and check them out. I think you'll really benefit from trying them.
